We’re Katharine Hayhoe from Texas Tech and Bob Kopp from Rutgers. We were both Lead Authors on the recent Climate Science Special Report (http://ift.tt/2A2NE0z) that summarized the very latest science on what is happening to our planet. We’re here to talk about how our climate is changing, what causes it, what to expect in the years ahead, and what risks this poses to us, our families, the economy and the places where we live.

We'll be back at 12pm ET to answer your questions, so please — ask us anything!

The AGU AMA series is conducted by the Sharing Science (sharingscience.org) program. Sharing Science: By scientists, for everyone. More at sharingscience.agu.org.
